NP FOOD Vendors 2026 (Non-Profit Food Vendor Application)

Apply as a Non-Profit Food Vendor for the Lum & Abner Festival. Vendor hours are 10:00 AM–6:00 PM and food vendor spaces are limited (only 8). Application requires payment after acceptance, plus photos of your trailer/tent setup and food items, and proof of $1,000,000 liability insurance naming the Mena Advertising & Promotion Commission and the City of Mena as additional insureds. Fees shown include $65 vendor/set-up and $20 electricity (if requested/approved). Water may be available by request (hoses not provided), and electrical connections must be pre-approved.
