Project Overview
The A&P Commission is seeking firms with demonstrated expertise in:

Hotel development and financing

Hospitality design and construction

Day-to-day hotel operations

Long-term ownership and asset management
The Commission is specifically interested in full-service or “headquarters-style” hotel concepts that can serve as a hub for leisure travelers, outdoor recreation visitors, events, and business guests in Mena and the Ouachita Mountains region.
