Official guidelines and application for the Mena A&P Commission’s annual tourism-event funding. Outlines Seed Money (up to $3,000), Advertising & Publicity ($750–$1,000), and Event Incentive (TBD); eligibility and branding requirements; the single annual request window (2023: Feb 17–Mar 2, 4:00 p.m.); and reimbursement by invoice within 60 days, plus the full, type-in application.
